The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager Finance, you’ll play a critical role in supporting cost control, reporting, and financial analysis at Granny Smith. You’ll make a meaningful impact by improving financial transparency, influencing capital and operating decisions, and supporting continuous improvement of reporting and forecasting processes across the operation.

What You’ll Do

• Complete month-end procedures and support accurate reporting across operating and capital budgets
• Analyse key cost drivers and prepare reports/presentations for stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance on Authority for Expenditure (AFE) processes
• Support continuous improvement of analytical models and forecasting tools
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across departments

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting (essential)
• CPA or CA qualification (highly regarded)
• Experience in mining finance, budgeting, and ERP systems (SAP essential)
• Advanced computer literacy and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
