• Lead and deliver underground mine geology projects to support production and resource growth

• Drive geological interpretation, grade control, and orebody knowledge across Agnew operations

• FIFO from Perth | 8/6 roster at Agnew. Tertiary qualification in Geology or related discipline required

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will take ownership of key underground geology projects across the Agnew Gold Mine, supporting safe and efficient ore extraction while contributing to resource growth and operational success. You will play a critical role in geological interpretation, grade control, reconciliation, and mentoring geologists, while collaborating closely with mining and technical services teams in a high-performing environment.

About the Role

• Lead underground geology projects supporting safe and efficient production outcomes

• Conduct geological interpretation, orebody modelling, and grade control activities

• Complete daily underground inspections, mapping, and ore mark-ups

• Monitor and reconcile production performance against geological models

• Ensure QAQC protocols are maintained across sampling and geological data collection

• Collaborate with mining, planning, and technical services teams to optimise ore

Skills & Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Geology or related discipline

• Proven experience in underground mine geology, ideally within gold operations

• Strong capability in geological interpretation, grade control, and ore mark-up

• Experience with underground production environments and reconciliation processes

• Ability to mentor junior geologists and contribute to team capability

• Current manual driver’s licence
