The Gold Fields Australia Graduate Program offers tailored mentoring, technical development, and role specific training to ensure you succeed. Over your two-year Graduate Program, you will learn from our international team of talented professionals, exchanging knowledge, building skills and gaining experience across our 4 mine sites and Perth office. All our Graduates commence their Graduate Program as permanent employees of Gold Fields Australia.
