The Opportunity:

In this role, you will maintain, operate, collaborate, and deliver as part of our Maintenance team at our owner-operated Agnew mine.

 

Reporting to the Supervisor: Maintenance, you will be responsible for providing quality and timely preventative maintenance and repairs to site infrastructure. This includes cool rooms, bulk air conditioners, split systems, and heat pumps across office buildings, village accommodation, and other surface facilities.

 

This role is offered Fly-in Fly-out roster from Perth, with the option to be residential in Leinster if preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current manual driver’s licence
  • Refrigeration Trade Qualification (Cert III)
  • WA “R” Class Restricted Electrical Licence
  • ARCtick refrigerant handling licence
  • Experience as a Refrigeration Technician within mining or camp infrastructure
  • Experience in a mining/resources environment is highly regarded
  • Forklift (LF), Working at Heights, and First Aid certificates (desirable)

 

About the Role:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems across site
  • Maintain refrigerant registers and ensure compliance with licensing requirements
  • Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture while adhering to site procedures and standards
  • Utilise maintenance management systems (SAP) and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in a rotational on-call roster as required
