As a result of an internal promotion, we are now seeking a Process Shift Supervisor for our Gruyere operation. Working on an 8:6/7:7 FIFO roster from Perth and reporting to the Processing Coordinator, you will lead a capable crew, foster teamwork and safety, and help us deliver outstanding production outcomes in a workplace where everyone’s contribution matters.

The Opportunity

  • Provide effective and strong leadership for the development of the crew.
  • Monitor progress of assigned tasks and address any issues.
  • Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities and formulate alternatives to systems and methods.
  • Assist the Coordinators with implementation of change management initiatives and other projects
  • Daily workflow supervision of the crew.
  • Partner with Metallurgists to optimise plant performance and share updates with operators.
  • Assist with planning of maintenance, budgets, plans and projects.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a mineral processing environment.
  • Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate.
  • A practical, hands-on approach with sound mechanical aptitudes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate, support and develop your teams.
  • A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvements.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, SAP/AMT experience highly regarded.
  • A current WA Driver’s Licence.
