Help keep our operation moving. As Inventory Analyst, you'll use data, insights and stakeholder engagement to ensure critical materials are available when needed, optimise inventory performance and deliver real value across the business. This is an opportunity to influence key operational outcomes while working in a complex, fast-paced mining environment.

What You’ll Do

• Optimise inventory levels and stock parameters to ensure critical spares and consumables are available when needed while reducing excess inventory holdings.
• Analyse inventory performance and usage trends, providing accurate reporting and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Manage inventory master data within SAP, maintaining high levels of accuracy, consistency and data integrity.
• Identify and coordinate the disposal of obsolete, surplus and slow-moving inventory to maximise value and improve working capital performance.
• Partner with Maintenance, Supply Chain and operational stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve inventory issues and influence optimal inventory outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies, audit requirements and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in inventory management within mining, heavy industry or a similar large-scale environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into practical business outcomes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Reporting and IT skills, including the ability to quickly learn and utilise a range of inventory and business systems. SAP experience is highly regarded.
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate outcomes and effectively challenge where required.
• A resilient, level-headed approach and the ability to work collaboratively across operational and support teams.
