• Permanent role, FIFO from Perth, 8/6 roster with 6% site allowance.
• Newly created Environmental Advisor position at Agnew
• Tertiary qualification (degree) in Environmental Science or related field required

The Opportunity:

You will work closely with a diverse team to manage environmental compliance, monitoring, and reporting. You will make a meaningful impact by supporting sustainable mining practices, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and implementing environmental improvements across the site. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow by contributing, delivering, collaborating and innovating within the Environment Department at Agnew

What You’ll Do

• Monitor, analyse and report on environmental performance across site operations
• Implement and maintain environmental management systems, programs and improvement projects
• Provide advice to operations to ensure regulatory compliance
• Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications (degree) in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or related field
• Previous experience in environmental monitoring, compliance, or advisory roles
• A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
• A strong work ethic and passion for environmental management,
