The Opportunity:
You’ll play a key role in supporting the safe delivery of construction and project works at site, working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, Business Partners, and site leaders to embed strong safety practices from planning through to execution.
As a Projects OHS Advisor, you’ll influence how work is designed and performed - ensuring risks are identified early, critical controls are implemented, and safety is integrated into every phase of the project lifecycle.
You’ll make a meaningful impact by driving a proactive, high-performance safety culture across multiple Business Partners and work fronts, contributing to the successful delivery of projects within the Projects Department at Agnew Gold Mine.

What You’ll Do
Partner with Project Managers, Supervisors and Business Partner teams to support safe planning and execution of construction activities
Provide practical OHS guidance across all phases of project delivery, including pre-starts, mobilisations, and during execution
Facilitate risk assessments and management of change and ensure critical controls are effectively implemented
Lead and support incident investigations within construction and project environments
Conduct field inspections, audits, and verifications to ensure compliance with site and legislative requirements
Coach and mentor Supervisors and Business Partners to strengthen safety leadership and accountability
Promote visible safety leadership through regular site engagement across active work fronts
What You’ll Bring
• A minimum of Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
• Experience in H&S roles within mining, heavy industry, or construction
• Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build capability of frontline leaders and teams
