The Opportunity

You’ll make a meaningful impact by delivering mine geology services and collaborating with the Mining Team to maximise operational performance for our Mine Geology Department at our Agnew Operation. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and mentor others while shaping strategic decisions through high-quality geological insights.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor Mine Geologists to build a high-performing team
• Deliver geological models, grade control oversight, and reporting to drive mine performance
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimise mining strategies and support Life of Mine planning
• Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Geology and a manual driver’s licence
• Underground production mining experience with exposure to modelling and resource estimation
• Strong communication, relationship-building skills and proficiency in Datamine, Leapfrog and Microsoft Office
