The Opportunity:

As part of the Gold Fields Graduate Program, you will complete rotations across four sites over a two-year period (or three-year period for Mining Engineer Graduates), including Agnew, Granny Smith, Gruyere, St Ives, and (where relevant) the Perth office. Throughout the program, you’ll work alongside members of our highly experienced technical team, gaining hands-on exposure to the gold mining environment. You’ll develop and demonstrate a set of core competencies, ensuring well-rounded capability across all key areas. This program offers genuine, real-world mining experience and the opportunity to see how your foundational university studies translate into practice.

You will have:

  • Current manual driver’s licence
  • Completed your Tertiary Qualification by the end of 2026
  • Vacation Student experience in a mining environment is ideal, but not essential
