Mechanical Fixed Plant Technician

Role Details:
Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor at Agnew, you will be responsible for providing quality and timely preventative mechanical maintenance and repairs of the Fixed Plant infrastructure, facilities, and other areas of operation.
  
This role is offered as 3 by 8 days on 6 days and 7 nights on 7 days off roster and is offered as a FIFO from Perth or DIDO out from the Goldfields region.

About the role:
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair, of equipment in the Processing Plant at our Agnew operation contributing to safe and efficient maintenance activities across site. 

You will work closely with maintenance and operations teams to minimise downtime, improve equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Adherence to safety standards, procedures, and maintenance schedules is critical. 

A team player, you will contribute to shutdowns, breakdowns, and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring a high standard of housekeeping, consistently completing administrative tasks in SAP.  A proactive communicator, you will ensure you retain a working knowledge of all task instructions and procedures and contribute to reviews and updates as required.
  
 About you:
•    Mechanical Trade Qualification.
•    Fixed Plant maintenance experience within a Processing Plant operation.
•    WA C Manual Driver’s License as well as CN crane, Dogging, Rigger basic EWP and Forklift tickets.
•    A Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets.
