The Opportunity:
Step into a leadership role where your expertise makes a real impact. As Maintenance Supervisor at Agnew, you’ll guide a multi-discipline team of trades and apprentices to deliver safe, high-quality preventative and corrective maintenance on surface fixed plant equipment. Your focus? Driving performance and reliability while aligning with operational and departmental targets.

About the Role
- Ensure all tasks are executed safely and in compliance with Australian standards and company procedures
- Lead and mentor your team to meet maintenance schedules, including weekly outages and major shutdowns
- Drive compliance with statutory and ICMC requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance maintenance performance
- Apply principles of Asset Management and Reliability-Centred Maintenance
- Prepare and submit technical assessment reports
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical Trade qualification in process plant maintenance
- Supervisory experience leading multi-discipline teams
- Extensive experience with fixed plant equipment (grinding mills, screens, conveyors, crushers, pumps)
- Sound understanding of maintenance work management processes and CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Current manual driver’s licence
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate
