The Opportunity:

As Maintenance Supervisor at Agnew, you’ll guide a multi-discipline team of trades and apprentices to deliver safe, high-quality preventative and corrective maintenance on surface fixed plant equipment. Your focus? Driving performance and reliability while aligning with operational and departmental targets.

About the Role

• Ensure all tasks are executed safely and in compliance with Australian standards and company procedures
• Lead and mentor your team to meet maintenance schedules, including weekly outages and major shutdowns
• Drive compliance with statutory and ICMC requirements
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance maintenance performance
• Apply principles of Asset Management and Reliability-Centred Maintenance
• Prepare and submit technical assessment reports

Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical Trade qualification in process plant maintenance
• Supervisory experience leading multi-discipline teams
• Extensive experience with fixed plant equipment (grinding mills, screens, conveyors, crushers, pumps)
• Sound understanding of maintenance work management processes and CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
• Current manual driver’s licence
• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate
