The Opportunity:
You’ll make a meaningful impact by delivering high‑quality geological services and collaborating closely with our Mining Team to maximise ore recovery and operational efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our Mine Geology Team at our Agnew Mine.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with diamond core logging for underground grade control and exploration programs
- Support the Mining Team to maximise ore recovery and minimise dilution
- Collect and analyse grade control data (face mapping, face sampling, core logging) for block modelling
- Assist with underground diamond drill rig management
- Utilise site systems and QA/QC protocols to ensure data quality and integrity
- Contribute to delineation, extension, and discovery of Reserves

What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Geology
- Previous mining experience, preferably in gold, including exposure to mine geology, grade control and reserve/stope definition drilling
- Experience with Microsoft Office and mining software such as Datamine and Leapfrog (or similar)
- Current manual Driver’s Licence
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
