The Opportunity:
Unique opportunity exists where you will be responsible for owning Non-Processing Infrastructure (NPI) and maintenance projects (Surface) at our Agnew site. This is a maintenance focused leadership role where you’ll lead and contribute to the safe execution of maintenance and minor projects, from scoping and scheduling to people and contractor management, and safe delivery. Your expertise will ensure our site infrastructure remains reliable and compliant, supporting the success of our mining operations.

What You’ll Do
- Manage NPI team and contractors to deliver cost-effective, efficient outcomes aligned with company targets
- Coordinate resources and schedules to achieve project and shutdown targets
- Perform key work management activities including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring correct resourcing and task alignment
- Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.
What You’ll Bring
- Recognised Electrical Trade qualification and Electrical Licence
- Infrastructure and utilities experience within the mining sector
- Experience in a leadership role ideally within the mineral processing
- Statutory Supervisor certification
- Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s licence
