The Opportunity:
As the Senior Administator you will lead, coordinate, and enhance the administration services that underpin Agnew’s operational performance. You’ll guide a small, capable admin team, streamline systems, ensure compliance, and partner with multiple site stakeholders to keep the operation running smoothly.
This is a dynamic leadership position offering scope, influence, and the opportunity to make your mark at our close-knit Agnew Gold Mine.

This role is being offered on a 4:3 / 8:6 roster but open to meet your requirements.
About the Role:
- Lead, mentor, and support the site administration team to ensure high performance
- Provide a broad range of administration and operational support services to Agnew
- Manage and resolve complex enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely outcomes
- Coordinate and maintain administrative systems, records, and documentation
- Improve office processes, procedures, and workflows to drive site efficiency
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience coordinating workflows, prioritising tasks, and guiding others
- Solid proficiency in administrative systems and MS Office
- Background in a mining or resources operational environment
- A Cert II in Business Admin highly regarded
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
