The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Unit Manager: Maintenance, you will monitor and report on asset health and reliability to minimise the risk of fixed‑plant and infrastructure issues impacting processing performance. Exposure and an understanding of electrical components and systems in mining will be required.

This position is offered as 8 days on 6 days off, 4 days on 3 days off FIFO roster from Perth at our Agnew Mine Site.
Your focus is to improve asset health and equipment reliability through failure analysis, predictive maintenance and data‑driven strategies that reduce risk, unplanned downtime and lifecycle costs.

What You’ll Do
- Improve asset reliability by developing and improving systems and processes that support our strategies, maintenance tactics and asset modifications to reduce downtime.
- Strengthen reliability programs through inspections, sampling, analysis, reporting and effective use of FMEA/criticality tools.
- Optimise asset performance by analysing plant/equipment condition, identifying problems and recommending actions to extend life and meet nameplate capacity.
- Execute high‑quality reliability work by reviewing and improving maintenance strategies, anticipating risks and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Support change & team culture by coordinating handovers with project engineering, maintaining master data, and role‑modelling values that build a supportive, inclusive team.
What You’ll Bring
- Mechanical Engineering degree with desirable post‑grad studies, Six Sigma Black Belt and supervisory/management training.
- Solid experience in fixed‑plant reliability and integrity, expert in RCM, PMO tools, RCA and FMECA.
- Advanced SAP/CMMS proficiency plus strong Microsoft Office and technical documentation skills.
- Solid understanding and application of statutory obligations and registered plant requirements.
- Class licence manual driver licence (MR/HR desirable) with strong verbal, written and technical reporting skills.
