As a Senior Process Operator (2IC) at our Agnew mine site, you’ll be hands-on in day-to-day plant operations while providing vital support to the Process Shift Supervisor. It’s a great opportunity to build your leadership skills and make a real impact on production performance.

 

This role is offered on an 8:6/7:7 FIFO roster from Perth.

 

How will you add value?

    • Support and provide coverage for the Shift Supervisor when required
    • Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture and living our Vital Behaviours
    • Operate and monitor plant equipment across all processing areas
    • Coordinate daily work activities, including unplanned tasks, reports and checklists
    • Liaise with Metallurgy and Maintenance teams to optimise performance and resolve issues
    • Maintain accurate production data and shift reporting
    • Identify improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and team capability

About you: 

    • Experienced Process Operator with a background in mineral processing
    • Confident team leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring others. Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate
    • Would be advantageous
    • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving across plant operations
    • Familiar with control room environments
    • Strong communicator with solid computer skills (Word, Excel, databases)
    • Holds a valid C Class Driver’s Licence
