Looking to take a step up? We’re now seeking skilled and safety-driven Service Crew to join the team at Agnew Gold Mine.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll deliver critical underground infrastructure and support services that keep the mine running safely and efficiently, through installing and maintaining ventilation, water, power, compressed air, and pump systems.

Reporting to the Supervisor Underground Production, this is a hands-on and fast-paced role suited to operators that take pride in their work, solve problems and work collaboratively in a team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Installing and maintaining underground services such as ventilation, water, power, compressed air, and pump systems
• Operating tools and mobile equipment such as EWPs, ITCs, light vehicles, and hydraulic machinery to support underground operations
• Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance while managing risks and minimising downtime
• Assisting with development and production crews to ensure safe and efficient operations

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in underground mining in service or paste crew operations
• Valid manual C Class Driver’s Licence
• Valid Dangerous Goods Security Card and Working at Heights (Basic Rigging & CN Crane desirable)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively in a team in a physically demanding underground environment
• Demonstrated commitment to working safely
