Technician : Mechanical Light Vehicle

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated LV Mechanic to join our Underground Maintenance team at Agnew Gold Mine.

Working from our well-equipped workshop, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and timely preventative maintenance to our light vehicle fleet, ensuring reliability and minimising downtime across site operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current Manual Driver’s Licence
• Cert III Automotive Mechanical (Light Vehicle)
• Air-Conditioning Licence & Forklift Ticket
• Welding experience
• Demonstrated experience maintaining site related equipment and ancillary machinery 

About the Role

• Responsible for the maintenance, servicing and general upkeep of ancillary equipment including light Isuzu trucks, Toyota light vehicles (including Hilux), forklifts, generators and other support machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance including inspections, servicing, adjustments, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Complete all administrative requirements associated with maintenance activities.
• Maintain high safety and compliance standards at all times.
