We have a brand-new opportunity for an additional Training Advisor to join our team at Agnew gold mine.

Reporting to Training Coordinator this role supports with the implementation and running of training on site. This role is offered on 8 days on 6 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out from Perth or Drive in Drive out from the Goldfields region.

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • This role supports the Training Coordinator with the implementation and running of training on site.
  • Ensure all aspects of training are met for job specific roles, and that all employees both Surface and Underground
  • Oversee and ensure all training compliance are conducted in-line with our Training management process.
  • Maintain compliance and ensure personnel have the necessary skills / training for their work area within the Mining industry.

 

You will have:

  • Cert IV TAE40116 or TAE40122 in Training and Assessing  
  • Proven experience in Training role within Underground Mining Operations, and or Processing Plant (mandatory)
  • Valid WA Manual Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
  • Skilled in developing and delivering job-specific training
  • Strong working knowledge with MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and INX (highly regarded)
  • Cert IV Occupational Health and Safety (Desirable)
  • ICAM Fundamentals (Desirable)
