The Opportunity:

Our Training team is growing! This new created position ensures we remain a well-resourced team, delivering exceptional value to both Surface and Underground operations. You’ll play a key role in implementing and managing training programs on site, supporting workforce capability and compliance across our operations.

This role is offered on 8:6 roster FIFO from Perth or DIDO from the Goldfields region.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Training Coordinator in implementing and delivering site-based training programs
• Ensure all job-specific training requirements are met for both Surface and Underground employees
• Oversee training compliance in line with the company’s Training Management System and processes
• Maintain compliance and ensure personnel have the necessary skills / training for their work area within the Mining industry

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) is essential
• Experience delivering job-specific training in Underground Mining and/or Processing Plant operations
• Skilled in developing and implementing effective training programs
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with LMS and INX highly regarded
• Current WA Manual Driver’s Licence
