Skills & Qualifications

  • Australian-recognised Electrical Trade Qualification and WA Electrical Licence
  • High Voltage Switching Certificate
  • Valid WA Manual Driver’s Licence (or Australian equivalent)
  • High Risk Licence – Working at Heights, Forklift, EWP and Basic Dogging
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Skilled in routine inspections, installation and fault-finding of communication systems
  • Strong capability in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining high and low-voltage underground infrastructure, mobile equipment, and pumping/ventilation systems
  • Competent in the commissioning and decommissioning of electrical equipment
  • Previous experience maintaining and repairing RCT remote bogging and guidance systems
