Gold Fields is ramping up operations at 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿, part of Agnew Gold Mine, with production scheduled to kick off early 2026! We’re on the lookout for 𝟰 𝘅 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗨/𝗚 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 to join our Mobile Maintenance team during this exciting period of growth.

About You:

• Strong alignment with Gold Fields' core values demonstrating Safety, Respect, Collaboration and Responsibility
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Solid background in mechanical maintenance within the mining industry.
• Hands-on experience with underground mining equipment and technologies, including brands such as Epiroc, CAT and Sandvik
• Highly skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues 
• Experience with SAP is advantageous

Qualifications and Licenses:

• Australian recognised Heavy Mechanical Trade Qualification 
• Automotive Air Conditioning license preferred but not essential
• Dogging (DG), Rigging (RB) and Forklift (LF) licenses desirable 
• Valid WA C Class Manual Driver's License at minimum
