The Opportunity:
In this role, you will supervise mining operators to ensure safe and efficient underground production as part of our Underground Production team at our owner-operated Agnew mine.

Skills & Qualifications
- WA Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a gold mining environment
- Demonstrated planning and forecasting knowledge
- Experience using Microsoft Office & mining software (SAP, INX)
- Valid Driver’s Licence, WA Dangerous Goods Card, Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces
About the Role
- Provide effective leadership and development for the crew
- Mentor and support progress of assigned tasks and address issues
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement alternatives
- Assist Underground Manager with change management initiatives and projects
- Liaise with Coordinator on operating parameters and technical issues, maintaining open communication with operators.
- Collaborate with crew to set accountabilities, roles, and development plans
- Assist with project planning and supervision of Business Partners
