What You’ll Do

• Analyse operational data to optimise equipment utilisation, identify bottlenecks, reduce energy consumption, and improve cycle times.
• Develop and maintain performance benchmarks, KPIs, and reporting tools (Jupyter Notebooks, PowerBI, QlikView) to monitor and track site performance.
• Manage and support performance management for reports and teams, ensuring objectives are SMART and deliver expected outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong technical expertise in operational analytics, data management, and reporting tools (SQL, Git, Python: NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, seaborn).
• Experience in mining or heavy industry, with a proven ability to analyse operational data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong visualisation skills, able to present complex data clearly and influence operational decision-making.
