• Permanent FIFO role from Perth, 8/6 roster with 6% site allowance
• Newly created Exploration Geologist position at Granny Smith Mine, Laverton
• Tertiary qualification in Geology with exploration experience

The Opportunity:
You’ll work closely with a diverse team to plan and execute greenfields and brownfields exploration programs. You’ll make a meaningful impact by generating high-quality geological data, interpreting results, and identifying new opportunities. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and grow by contributing, delivering, collaborating, innovating, and developing for our Exploration Department at Granny Smith Mine.

What You’ll Do
• Plan, execute, and report on exploration programs across the mine lease and surrounding tenements
• Conduct geological mapping, sampling, drilling supervision, and data interpretation
• Provide technical advice to support mineral resource estimation and mine planning
• Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued

What You’ll Bring
• Tertiary qualifications in Geology and a manual driver’s licence
• Previous experience in gold exploration, with geochemistry, geophysics, and drilling knowledge
• A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
