Mechanical Light Vehicle Technician

The Opportunity:

In the role, you will be working from our large, well-equipped workshop, responsible for providing quality and timely preventative vehicle maintenance as part of our Underground Maintenance team at our owner operator Granny Smith mine.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current manual driver’s licence.
• Cert III Automotive Mechanical (LV Vehicle)
• Air-Conditioning and Forklift Certificate
• Competent in electrical diagnosis, along with welding experience
• Experience servicing and maintaining Toyota VDJ Landcruiser’s and Hilux’s

About the Role

• Provie reliable and accurate assistance and practical application to minimise down time and potential loss f production within the processing team
• Preventive maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing, adjustments, troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment
• Complete all administrative processing requirements associated with maintenance duties
