The Opportunity
In this role, you will oversee the allocation and follow up of scheduled maintenance and priority breakdown work. You’ll lead a high-performing team, ensure strong QA/QC standards, and drive equipment availability and cost efficiency across the underground mobile fleet.

About the Role
- Lead the Mobile Maintenance team to achieve performance targets through effective planning, task allocation and progress monitoring
- Champion safety by conducting inspections, audits and in-field safety leadership, ensuring full compliance with safety and production requirements
- Support the development and implementation of new maintenance procedures, processes and technologies
- Drive a continuous improvement culture focused on equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency
- Reduce production impacts by maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring availability of critical parts, tools and services
- Develop and support your team through coaching, mentoring, professional development and performance management
About You
- Australian-recognised Heavy Mobile Maintenance Trade Qualification with leadership experience in a mining environment (essential)
- WA Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor (essential)
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and build team capability
- Valid WA Manual Driver’s Licence
- Experience with Atlas, CAT and Sandvik underground mining equipment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience using SAP, INX, Word and Excel
- Exposure to ICAM investigation practices is desirable
- Sound understanding of WA Mines Safety & Inspection Regulations, including classified plant obligations
- Demonstrated experience in a proactive, planned maintenance environment with a focus on reliability-centred maintenance
