The Opportunity:
You’ll work closely with a diverse team to contribute, collaborate, and deliver operational excellence at Mount Weld Pastoral Station, Granny Smith Mine. You’ll make a meaningful impact by looking after the cattle, maintaining station infrastructure, and supporting sustainable land management.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop practical station management skills, including animal husbandry, machinery operation, and coordinating projects that improve the station’s operations.

What You’ll Do
- Care for cattle and ensure high animal husbandry standards are met
- Maintain station infrastructure including fences, watering points, and equipment
- Operate farm machinery, coordinate contractors, and organise musters
- Assist with feral animal control, land rehabilitation, and station improvements
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working on cattle or sheep stations, with the ability to work unsupervised
- Good communication, teamwork, and planning skills
- Valid manual driver’s licence; loader and forklift tickets favourable but not essential
