Ready to take your underground career to the next level? We’re seeking a skilled and safety-driven Remote Bogger Operator to join the team at the iconic Granny Smith Gold Mine!

The Opportunity:

Play a key role in the safe and efficient movement of ore and waste to support production and development operations at Granny Smith.

Reporting to the Supervisor Underground Production, this is a hands-on role suited to an operator who takes pride in their work, looks after their equipment, and works well independently and within a tight-knit crew.

What you’ll be doing

• Operate underground loaders (Remote Boggers/LHDs) safely and efficiently
• Load, haul, and dump ore and waste in line with mine plans
• Maintain development headings, stockpiles and tipping areas
• Complete pre-starts, identify and report hazards, ground conditions and equipment issues
• Ensure fitness-for-work on all rostered days and contribute to a strong safety culture

What we’re looking for

• Proven underground mining experience as a Bogger Operator in both production and development crews
• Experienced in underground hard rock mining techniques, including watering, bogging, scaling, and trucking development
• Strong safety focus and compliance mindset
• Commitment to teamwork, collaboration and strong communication skills
• Current manual Driver’s Licence
• Current Dangerous Goods Security Card and Working at Heights
• Able to provide a satisfactory National Polick Clearance
