The Opportunity:
In this role, you will supervise underground mining operations as part of our Mining team, ensuring safe, efficient production while meeting development and operational targets at Granny Smith.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in gold mining environments
- Strong planning, forecasting, and team management skills
- WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency
- Current manual driver’s licence
- WA Dangerous Goods Card, Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces tickets
About the Role
- Lead and mentor underground crews to achieve production and development targets safely
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate operations, addressing technical issues and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with business partners and coordinators to implement initiatives, projects, and team development plans
