The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Underground Production Supervisor to lead high-performing crews and drive safe and efficient production at WA’s iconic Granny Smith gold mine.
Working with a supportive leadership team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily production activities, mentoring your crew and ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Reporting to the Coordinator Underground Production, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on leadership, teamwork and achieving results underground. If you’re ready to step up and make your mark underground, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supervising underground production crews to deliver safe and efficient shift outcomes
- Planning and supervising operations, addressing technical issues and improvement opportunities
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with site safety systems and procedures
- Coaching and mentoring team members to build capability and a high-performance culture
- Collaborating with business partners and coordinators to implement initiatives, projects, and team development plans
What we’re looking for:
- Proven supervisory experience in gold mining environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide underground crews
- Sound understanding of underground production processes, mining methods and ability to plan and forecast
- WA Statutory Supervisor’s Certificate
- Valid manual C Class Driver’s Licence
- WA Dangerous Goods Security Card, Working at Heights and Confined Spaces
