Role Details:
Reporting to the Manager Finance, you will be responsible for all financial matters in relation to Gruyere Gold Mine.

This role is offered on 8 days on 6 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out from Perth or Drive in Drive out from the Goldfields region.

About you:
- Tertiary qualifications – Degree in Accounting
- A CPA or CA Qualification would be highly regarded
- Strong experience in a financial role within a mining environment, previous supervisory experience would be highly desirable
- Experience in budgeting and financial modelling
- Demonstrate knowledge of ERP systems – SAP is essential and Xeras budgeting experience would be advantageous
About the role:
- Assist in the preparation and analyse of the Gruyere Gold Mine operating and capital budgets and forecast
- Continuous improvement of the analytical reporting models and for forecasting tools
- Support and train cost control and commercial matters to key stakeholders
- Complete month end procedures and liaise between key stakeholders on and off site to meet Gold Fields reporting requirements, including operating and capital reporting, analysis of key cost drivers, presentation preparation and compliance with SOX controls, accounting policies and GAPP
