• Permanent FIFO/Residential role, 8/6 roster with 6% site allowance
• Newly created Occupational Health & Safety Advisor position at Gruyere Mine
• Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety or relevant experience required

The Opportunity:
You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to embed Gold Fields’ safety values, shape critical conversations, and support a culture where people look out for themselves and each other. You’ll make a meaningful impact by building a strong, proactive safety culture beyond systems and compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and grow by contributing, delivering, collaborating, innovating, and developing for our Health, Safety & Environment Function at Gruyere Gold Mine.

What You’ll Do
• Engage with site leaders to support delivery of Gold Fields’ Safety and Wellbeing Strategy
• Coach and mentor frontline leaders to build confidence and capability in safety leadership
• Facilitate and support incident investigations and risk management in Operations
• Promote visible safety leadership through proactive field engagement and presence

What You’ll Bring
• A Diploma Work Health and Safety or Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety or relevant field
• Experience in H&S roles within mining, heavy industry, or construction
• Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build capability of frontline leaders and teams
