The Opportunity:

In the role, you will provide efficient and comprehensive service to site by managing and coordinating all travel, accommodation and catering requirements, and help lead the Administration Department team at our Gruyere Gold Mine.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current manual driver’s licence
• Statutory Supervisor 26 Certificate or working towards completion
• Experience in Mine site administration and logistics
• Experience in an administration role including the coordination of complex arrangements involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience in Aerodrome Management
• Experience organising travel and flights in a FIFO/Mining environment
• Experience leading a team
• Certificates in Business Administration advantageous

About the Role

• Work with the Village Managers to ensure cost effective benefits are realised for the Gold Fields and contract performance requirements
• Manage the teams’ responsibilities in the administration, flight, accommodation, site inductions, site clerical duties, and front desk reception
• Plan and manage all monthly claims associated with flights and accommodation
• Complete Aerodrome Management and management of ARO’s and coordinate Aerodrome maintenance and develop best practice process, making it compliant.
• Continuous improvement of Administration systems and processes
