• 1 hour flight from Perth

• Quarterly bonus up to 10% per annum, monthly private health allowance

What You’ll Do

• Drive production performance by optimising plant operations, meeting targets for throughput, gold recovery, and overall efficiency.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and effective use of plant assets through careful planning, monitoring, and the application of innovative processes and technology.
• Collaboratively contribute to continuous improvement by analysing data and identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance of operations.
• Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy or relevant discipline plus and manual driver’s licence.

• Displayed knowledge of process technologies and equipment, with proven experience in a similar role within a mineral processing plant.

• Exposure to implementation and maintenance of ICMI cyanide code
