Role Details
Reporting to Superintendent Technology Mining, you will be responsible for providing detailed technical first line installation, support and administration of critical mine production systems and digital (IT/OT) infrastructure to ensure the mining operation meets operational targets in a safe, productive & efficient manner.

This role is offered on 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth.

About the role:
- Conduct day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of OT systems, including Pit Wall Monitoring, Collision Avoidance Systems, and Operator Fatigue Systems, ensuring operational continuity with minimal downtime.
 - Implementing maintenance plans for OT systems.
 - Proactively identify faults within the OT hardware and software and undertake fault finding activities.
 - Assist in ensuring pit communication and camera infrastructure provides full coverage to operational areas.
 - Work collaboratively with OT system providers.
 - Management of Collision Avoidance and Operator Fatigue configurations, upgrades, and support requests.
 - Assist in investigating and implementing future technology.
 
About you:
- Strong IT skills.
 - Valid ‘C’ class manual driver’s license.
 - Recognised qualifications in Electrical, Auto Electrical, Communications, or equivalent experience.
 - Experience with Mining Fleet Management, Collision Avoidance, or Operator Fatigue systems is highly desirable.
 - Prior experience in a surface mining environment.
 - Able to work autonomously, adaptable to changing environments, and a willingness to learn.
 - Strong communication and planning skills.
 - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with critical mine technology systems.
 - Open cabler (coaxial endorsement) desirable.
