Process Shift Supervisor

At our modern processing plant at Gruyere, we know that great results come from people who feel valued and supported. In this role, you’ll lead a capable crew, foster teamwork and safety, and help us deliver outstanding production outcomes in a workplace where everyone’s contribution matters.
This role is offered on an 8:6/7:7 FIFO roster from Perth.
How will you add value?

- Provide effective and strong leadership for the development of the crew
- Monitor progress of assigned tasks and address any issues
- Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities and formulate alternatives to systems and methods
- Assist the Coordinators with implementation of change management initiatives and other projects
- Daily Maintenance workflow supervision of the crew
- Partner with Metallurgists to optimise plant performance and share updates with operators.
- Assist with planning of maintenance, budgets, plans and projects.

What will you bring?

- Previous supervisory experience in a mineral processing environment
- Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate
- A practical, hands-on approach with sound mechanical aptitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate, support and develop your team
- A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvement
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, SAP/AMT experience highly regarded
- A current WA Driver’s Licence
