The Opportunity:
You’ll work closely with a diverse team to oversee the lifecycle management of all critical assets within our Processing and Fixed Plant Maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal of assets align with Gold Fields' standards while meeting anticipated demand. You will also ensure compliance with relevant legislative and statutory requirements, all while supporting the company’s operational, financial, and strategic goals.

What You’ll Do
- Drive operational and capital improvement initiatives to maximise gold processing returns and overall company income.
- Optimise asset utilisation by implementing and reviewing procedures, processes, methodologies and technologies.
- Coordinate and manage contractors cost-effectively, ensuring performance targets, resourcing and alignment with company objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop the Reliability Team through clear communication, business planning alignment, and structured training and mentoring.
- Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.
What You’ll Bring
- Recognised trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Engineering, Asset Management or related field.
- Postgraduate/trade qualifications or post-graduate qualifications in business, management or environmental studies is desirable
- Strong, energetic and demonstrated leadership experience within a large and dynamic team environment is essential
- Extensive displayed mining industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of mineral processing plants and infrastructure services.
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills.
