The Opportunity:
Support our mine production systems and digital (OT) infrastructure so the site can run safely, smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go‑to technical specialist for incident response, system performance and coordination between operations, maintenance and our vendors.
From troubleshooting and problem ownership to managing escalations and keeping our systems on track, you’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping everything running as it should.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the Digital Systems Technicians in implementing and proactively maintaining onboard OT systems, identifying defects and ensuring the team is across all required preventative work or repairs.
- Work with vendors on functional issues, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and software upkeep, while also managing service level agreements for mine production system vendors.
- Support the Superintendent Technology Projects, Mine Control and Digital Systems teams in identifying improvement opportunities across site operational technologies.
What You’ll Bring
- Qualification and experience in deploying and maintaining Operational Technology systems
- Practical experience supporting Fleet Management Systems and Safety Operational Technologies within mining or mineral processing operations
- Experience with project delivery of small to medium projects
- Experience in leading teams with current SSE Supervisor Certificate
- Valid drivers licence (C Clas preferred)
