Our Opportunity

At our modern processing plant at Gruyere, we know that great results come from people who feel valued and supported. This role is central to both day‑to‑day operational leadership and the successful delivery of our shutdowns. You’ll lead a capable crew, champion safe work practices, and take ownership of planning and supervising shutdown activities — ensuring all operational work is planned and executed.

This role is offered on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.

How will you add value?

  • Lead and coordinate planning activities for quarterly shutdowns, ensuring all work scopes, resources, permits and documentation are prepared ahead of schedule
  • Develop and organise shutdown permits, materials, tooling and contractor requirements to support safe and efficient execution
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure shutdown readiness, compliance, and smooth delivery of operational activities
  • Provide relief shift supervision when required, assist with training and mentoring the process operators.

What will you bring?

  • Previous supervisory experience in a mineral processing environment
  • Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate
  • A practical, hands-on approach with sound mechanical aptitude
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate, support and develop your team
  • A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvement
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, SAP/AMT experience highly regarded
  • A current WA Driver’s Licence
