The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Processing Manager and supported by the RTFE for Australia, you’ll ensure top-tier safety, compliance, and operational excellence across the full lifecycle of our Tailings Storage Facilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Support safe, effective tailings operations by assisting the Processing Manager and RTFE, conducting inspections and monitoring, and ensuring compliance with design intent, regulations, and TSF performance objectives.
  • Drive operational execution through hands-on support in implementing strategies, resolving daily TSF challenges, managing risks, maintaining critical controls, and upholding environmental and QA/QC standards.
  • Strengthen technical governance by contributing to tender and construction documentation, and maintaining strong, coordinated communication with the Engineer of Record (EoR).
  • Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive displayed experience in project, civil or geotechnical engineering.
  • Experience coordinating engineering projects, site investigations, mining-related construction and commissioning projects.
  • Working knowledge of the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISTM).
