The Opportunity:
This role helps Agnew Gold Mine maintain strong relationships with the Tjiwarl people and the Tjiwarl Aboriginal Corporation (TAC).
The goal is to strengthen our partnerships and uphold our cultural obligations. We are looking to share this opportunity with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people only.
The filling of this position is intended to constitute a special/equal opportunity measure under section 8 (1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth), s50d and s51 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (WA).

What you will be doing?
- Provide administrative support for Native Title Agreements and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage (ACH) management.
- Organise mine site access, travel, and logistics for Tjiwarl members and TAC staff.
- Manage compliance records, data, and notifications under agreements.
- Assist with planning cultural heritage surveys and cultural awareness training.
- Coordinate schedules, activities, and invoicing.
- Support cultural safety and ensure Tjiwarl members feel welcomed and respected onsite.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in particular the Tjiwarl community.
- Open and respectful communication, able to listen carefully and make sure everyone is understood.
- Experience working with Native Title and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage (ACH) processes and understand the main issues and best practices.
- Be familiar with industry standards like ICMM, UNDRIP, and UNGPs, and know how they apply to community and social performance.
- Hold a current driver’s licence.
