The Opportunity:
You’ll be a trusted partner to our Global Functions leadership team, working closely with Executive Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Senior Leaders to deliver meaningful People outcomes. From our Perth office, you’ll collaborate, coach, and guide leaders across every stage of the employee lifecycle.
You’ll contribute to organisational performance, shape engagement and culture initiatives, and ensure effective delivery of core People processes, helping to strengthen an inclusive and high‑performing environment.
This opportunity is being offer as a 12 months fixed term contract.

How You’ll Add Value:
- Act as a trusted People contact for Perth office employees and managers, advising on policies, processes, and practices.
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of HR processes including performance, development planning, job changes, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Provide advice, coaching, and support on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and governance.
- Translate people trends into actionable insights, collaborating with People Services and Systems to deliver meaningful reports and dashboards to leaders.
- Support and deliver effective engagement, culture, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Drive and support organisational change within Global Functions, including communication, planning, and capability building.
- Role‑model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in generalist HR or People advisory roles within a complex, regulated or multinational environment.
- Excellent relationship‑building, influencing, and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and corporate governance requirements.
- Demonstrated success supporting senior leaders and working across diverse functional areas.
- Experience working in global or matrixed environments highly advantageous.
