The regional maintenance planning team in our Perth office has an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join their team.


Role Details:

Reporting to Supervisor Maintenance Planning, you will provide comprehensive maintenance planning for your departments. You will work to ensure the timely achievement of operational targets and strategic projects.

This role is offered on 5:2 4:3 roster, permanent basis. For this role, we will consider full-time, part-time, or job share options. Hybrid and Flexible working arrangements are also available after a qualifying period.

About the role:

  • Proactively mitigate potential delays by efficiently planning and coordinating resources, parts, materials, and equipment.

  • Develop weekly risk-based maintenance schedules and ensure clear communication with operational and technical teams.

  • Review, plan, and schedule medium- to long-term maintenance notifications.

  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to secure equipment, materials, and services.

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of planned maintenance activities.

  • Identify opportunities for short- to long-term improvements in planning and asset management processes.

About you:

  • Experience in software applications, including SAP Fiori and Microsoft 365.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability to follow processes and leadership instructions.

  • Current 'C’ Class WA Drivers Licence.

  • Previous experience in surface ,underground mobile fleet and fixed assets maintenance planning would be desirable but not essential.
