This role is offered on a 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth and will be responsible for supporting the management of stakeholder relationships, social risks, and community engagement strategies to support Gold Fields’ exploration and operational activities.

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Build strong relationships with native title and community stakeholders
  • Coordinate engagement and consultation activities
  • Support cultural heritage work across operations and projects
  • Ensure compliance with native title and heritage agreements
  • Work with internal teams to align community initiatives with business goals
  • Help align social performance practices with global standards (ICMM, UNDRIP, UNGPs)

 

You will have:

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, native title, and cultural heritage management (mining/resources)
  • Tertiary qualification in social performance or related field (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and global standards
  • Proven ability to build relationships and facilitate stakeholder dialogue
  • Current manual driver’s licence
