As the key partner to hiring managers, you’ll play a vital role in attracting, selecting, and securing the right people who will shape our future success.

                                                                                            

    Reporting to the Superintendent Talent Acquisition, you will join an experienced, high-energy team who are passionate about sourcing and placing high quality candidates at the Gold Fields Assets and Perth Office in Australia.

     

    This role is offered on a 5 days a week or 9 day fortnight roster (full time hours) at our Perth corporate office on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

    About the Role:

    • Recruit across a broad range of Technical and Professional Engineering roles, from early‑career to senior leadership, across our four assets and functional roles;
    • Deliver a professional, timely, and rigorous end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring each step meets legal, compliance, and company standards;
    • Apply sound assessment techniques to ensure candidates are competent, capable, and aligned with our values;
    • Partner closely with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver targeted recruitment solutions;
    • Support hiring managers with advice, insights, and market intelligence;
    • Proactively engage with the market to build and maintain a high‑quality talent pool for future business needs;
    • Develop strong relationships with candidates, industry networks, and external partners to support long-term workforce planning.

     

    Our ideal candidate will have:

     

    • Demonstrated experience recruiting technical or engineering positions (in-house or agency);
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach;
    • High attention to detail, with a commitment to consistency, compliance, and process excellence;
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
    • A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
    • Previous experience with SuccessFactors will be highly regarded.
