The Opportunity:

We are seeking two proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Perth-based Talent Acquisition team, delivering high-quality recruitment support and exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and candidates.

 

These roles report to the Talent Acquisition Superintendent and are offered as a 12-month contract, available either full-time (5 days per week) or part-time (3 days per week), or both roles part-time (4 days per week).

About the Role:

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment administration support, including coordination of pre-employment checks;
  • Support recruitment reporting and metrics;
  • Deliver high levels of customer service to hiring managers; and  
  • Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in high-volume environments recruitment administration;
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential;
  • Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset; and,
  • Comfortable managing data and reporting (Intermediate Excel skills would be highly regarded).
