We have a great opportunity at our St Ives Mine Site in Kambalda to get hands-on experience in administration, learn how a busy mine site operates and build the skills for a rewarding career in the mining industry.

What you’ll be doing
This role starts early at 6:00am and you’ll work 11.5-hour days, so it’s perfect for someone who likes the idea of an early start and being part of a busy site environment. Your day could include:
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Booking meeting rooms and sending calendar invites
- Helping with invoicing and accounts payable
- Supporting the travel and mobilisation teams with new starters, uniforms, flights etc.
- Learning data entry and document / records keepings
- Sending emails and responding to enquiries
- Providing general admin support across the team
This is a residential role only, open to applicants based in Kalgoorlie, Kambalda and surrounds. Bus transport is provided from both locations making it an easy and convenient way to get to and from site each day.
