The Opportunity:
As part of the Gold Fields Graduate Program, you will complete rotations across four sites over a two-year period, including Agnew, Granny Smith, Gruyere, St Ives, and (where relevant) the Perth office. Throughout the program, you’ll work alongside members of our highly experienced technical team, gaining hands-on exposure to the gold mining environment. You’ll develop and demonstrate a set of core competencies, ensuring well-rounded capability across all key areas. This program offers genuine, real-world mining experience and the opportunity to see how your foundational tertiary studies translate into practice.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Current manual driver’s licence.
- Completed your Tertiary Qualification in Surveying, or similar by end 2026.
- Vacation experience in a mining environment is ideal, but not essential.
About the Role:
- Learn how to deliver accurate survey outputs and maintain survey equipment to required standards.
- With guidance from your senior team members, learn to meet company and statutory surveying compliance requirements through the regular capture of physicals and the preparation of high-quality reports.
- Assist the survey team to strengthen the mine’s ability to achieve mining production and development targets through accurate, timely, and reliable survey services.
